In this excellent BBC Ouch! video report, University of Aberdeen student Adele - who has dysgraphia and dyslexia - describes how technology helps her with her studies and in her leisure time.
Adele uses software that reads out loud to her for written work, revision software and mind-mapping software for help with organising her studies. These are all run on a laptop and paid for through the Disabled Students Allowance scheme.
Adele also uses calendars on an iPhone and iPad to ensure she doesn't forget important dates and times. The iPad also helps with reading electronic documents. For paper documents, Adele uses coloured overlays.
Play the video and see how Adele uses these various technologies.
Nice one Adele and good luck with your studies.
