The BDA states "Exams taken at the end of a two year course will not only be exceedingly difficult for many dyslexic candidates to demonstrate their ability with this method of testing, but it could also create a barrier for them to continue on to higher education".
It also calls on "...its members, Local Dyslexia Associations and other interested parties to lobby the Education Minister and their local MPs on this important issue...".
We would echo this sentiment and advise you to write to your local MP. You can find your local MP on the Find Your MP website.
