Anonymous Woman's Story (No.1)

Well where do I start, throughout school I was called stupid and lazy, which knocked my confidence down something rotten.

I came out of school without any qualifications but as soon as I reached 21; after working several jobs were I was promoted quickly I decided to go to university to study chemistry.

At university it was discovered I have a serious level of dyslexia, but this didn't stop my from getting a 2:1 masters, all I needed was a little help with my English. After finishing university last summer I have set up my own science entertainment business and have received a phd looking into the education system.

So my advice for dyslexics is to never give up. After all you might have to work twice as hard to do what normal people can do, but they will never be able to do some of the things you can do.
